Closed Beta now Semi Open Beta is now open to all players. The reason I call it Semi Open Beta as they will have an actually Open Beta this month I would guess maybe on the 10th who knows. But anyways everyone enjoy and hope I can join you all real soon!
Due to the overwhelming response from players and the need to further test the latest patch, we have decided to extend Closed Beta Test #4 for an additional week, through February 10th. Additionally, beginning today you will no longer need a key to access the game! If you have a free gPotato account you will be able to log in and play Allods!
So tell your friends, family, everyone you know, that Allods Online is still open for business and to get in there and start playing!

Due to an issue concerning corrupted files, anyone who has fully patched today and is now on client v1.0.05.34 will have to download a repair tool here:

Some creatures’ abilities have been updated: Wolves, Fungi, Ogres, Turtles, Cyclops, and Yaks.
Rats poison effect has been decreased.
Duration of buzzing of bees has been reduced.

Well unfortunately there has not been much news today yet for Allods Online. So far we know the servers for the NA are going down at 5PM. Today is or was anyways suppose to be the end of Closed Beta 4. Now will there be a Closed Beta 5 or will we move directly to Open Beta is another questions. Somethings that make it a bit more confusing is the EU server just got a update today with the Fear of Death effect in for testing. Now most people are like yeah because their behind and at this point that is very true.
Accept one thing. Back in a older interview in December they said they were going to launch both the NA and EU into Open Beta at the same time… So don’t panic people things do change who knows maybe tonight will be Open Beta or maybe tomorrow or heck it could be a month away and now there just going some internal tuning up.

Tomorrow is the last day of Closed Beta 4. We don’t know if this means Open Beta or Closed Beta 5 or heck it could mean break time. I did read an old article that they were going to try to launch both the EU and NA servers for open beta at the same time but things do change.

Well it looks like they are not going to do anything about the Ban. I had made another account for just in game and not for posting on the forums and I was going to log in make a video for the what is your favorite quest to sort of celebrate it and well I can’t even play that account. So they are actively following me and banning me but yet don’t communicate with me at all. I have no clue what to do someone suggested using the BBB because later on it adds up but I don’t want to damage the game but me bring this up damages it and they are trying there best to not let me play.
At this point its not even about protecting their selves it about making sure I have no fun at all. I feel like crying like a little kid I just want to frigan play and have fun. I made friends in game and many cool people and has some great zone chats about computers and its amazing how the community is mature in the game.
Not sure what to even do now I feel like some nagetive things but that does not resolve anything but what are you suppose to do if someone refuses to talk to you but will ban your account and knowing your trying? I sent in emails, twitters, pm’s and the works…
Update 5:
Not sure whats going to happen. I was hoping to receive some communication with the GM’s or something now. At this point I’m not here to get anyone fired I just rather work it out so we all can go back to our lives rather then argue and fight about it. I just want to do this in peace but there has just been no way for me to communicate. If I make a forum account just to talk to them via PM they ban me. it’s like they perm banned me for bad tone and I still don’t get bad tone.
I know I was a bit of a jerk and pushing it but still not sure why we can’t resolve this yet. Hope today someone is willing to talk about it so I can play the last few hours of closed beta a experience I want to do and take some screenshots.
Update 4:
Well I found out when I thought maybe they were going unban me or in the process where my in game ban said inactive. What it really means was that my IP was banned. So I live in a building where a few of us share the internet one of them could not connect to the server. Accept he could go on the forums. I have of course changed my IP but of course I will not post on the forums or make a new account or anything till my account is resolved with the GM’s and I hope they can take a bit of time tomorrow once things cooldown more.
PS: I noticed people posting on the forums about my Ban. Well don’t do it since the rules state don’t talk about bans or you could end up getting banned to. So don’t do it at all and let the GM’s do their job.

Nothing really new but I sent a few emails trying to resolve the issue and I also noticed my in game ban went from banned to inactive. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a worse thing.

Not sure what to do guys. I just want to be unbanned I even told them I would delete this blog that seams to be my only way to communicate with them. I mean I tried emailing and making many forum accounts and even threatening them a bit by playing a game where if they ban the account I make just for PMing the GM’s then I make a new one to cause chaos and then repeat. But in the end they did not care about me spamming the forums and at that point I did and I had a few people ask to play fair.
It’s funny so many people from Allods community is really good and I really want to play with you but with my forever ban I can’t play with ya ever. The way it works now is there is no way to get unbanned and everytime I try to communicate I get banned or ignored.
Even the email they provide when you get banned bounces back.
Do you guys have any suggestions for someone who does not want to give up on their fav game? I mean Perm banned for something they did not even show or prove to me and I even showed how I was getting harassed and yet here I am perm banned for just over communicating the fear of death patch.
Heck I even told them I would make this blog post history and we start on a lets call it a trial period to make sure I don’t act up but they were unwilling at all. They even said their supervisors would not accept.
Please help me with ideas!
Update 1:
I found out I was also banned in the game I have never done anything wrong in the game and as many people know I promote the game even made movies and good comments. The only thing I was agaist was the Fear of Death patch and I was thanked by Miss_Sadie by being permanently banned.
I also like to thank inarakatt for trying to help me out even not be successful trying to put time into my issue.
I will keep fighting this and thanks for everyone who has supported me by sending in emails and complaints but also sharing this on your blogs and other forums!

I just want to let you know I will be editing this topic over time. Also don’t worry I’m not the only one who has gotten banned example url below of more people and you can google tons more. But I would like to thank everyone for their support and please share this with everyone. I want people to know what happen to Kane and why he was banned but not just for me the many others who got banned for fighting for Fear of Death!
If you people don’t know there is a Witch Hunt going on today. Most people who are on the NA forums know miss_sadie. If you enjoy the game but have some concerns then the chances of knowing miss_sadie is even more highly likely. Why do you ask? Simple she is the one that deletes all your posts that don’t meet her standards. In fact today she went and locked every FoD thread up. She call’s us basically children and how she has to spend her time moderating the forum.
Truth is sometimes people get out of line but we usually do fine including weekends when she does not even bother to visit the forums. That is right a game that is near launch and the so called biggest GM I seen does not spend her weekends on the forums…. Pretty much auto pilot and like I said we do better without her.
Now now I was banned already once for a thread I made about how things are okay since a recent interview said they will do no game play impact with the items mall. I was Permanently banned for that but finally got miss_sadie to remove it. First off I followed the forum rules but she said my tone was off. WOW we have forums that speak through the speakers now? grr I never figured out what she meant by that..
Then she started to harass me with locking and deleting and moving my threads even ones that have nothing to do with the Fear of Death posts..

So now here is some of the posts been raided today:
Crap lots of them are done by me. Well that was because I brought such good proof and topics and as you can see most were many pages long not some 2 posts you spam. Her excuse NONE.
Then she would start correcting my English or sometimes I repeat my self and she would be an ass and quote them and if I try to reply to it she would delete my reply instant. Like she would sit their waiting for my reply. So I could not even defend my self or be like that is not polite. I even said in private to remove it but I was considered a piece of dirt.
Now you can see I been slowly building up a case because from the minute I met her she had this bad attitude like she was like some type of super human and if you don’t listen to her your going to get smashed like a bug and I do not mean like don’t follow the rules I will own you more like don’t post or I will own you.
Now everyone liked me I had no issues and had some amazing conversations via PM with many people upset by her moderation of the forums and there is so many nice people in Allods Online I must say. I was impressed how many people were polite and cool and just relaxed. Even more for being a beta so way to go community!
Now I have yet to have a bad interaction with another person on their forums and then I get the banned message and this part made me LOL..
First off if she is going to be rude about my language it should be considered GM not GMs since I had no problems with any other Moderator’s or GM’s and TBH I know this topic becomes iffy but if anyone ever played on a private server and you should not it’s a bad thing but if you have I’m sure you have experienced corrupted 13 year olds running around giving over powered items to their friends and such. Yeah we have a winner.
So why is this happening?
There adding an effect called Fear of Death. At level 40 it lasts 51 minutes and removes 25% of your stats and stacks 4 times. So what is the big deal? Well the whole point is to sell this perfume that lasts 30 minutes via their item mall. so you ask? well first they said no gameplay effects would come from the item mall done by the latest interview on MMORPG.com (busted) the next thing is this potion also increases the users stamina and I don’t mean a simple buff you get in World of Warcraft.
Basically this one them item malls where you buy potions you will always win at pvp. So why not buy some potions? Oh well that is where the catch is.. I calculated from the Russian store it cost $1 USD per 30 crystals. This perfume costs 5 crystals per 30 minutes. So calculate if you a person who plays lets say 50 hours a week and yes many people do…
The point is we dislike these changes and they careless really. They say they care but there going with it anyways. Allods Russia has a poll with almost 2k votes and 85% of them don’t like Fear of Death..

I would like to say sorry to Izye he or she tried to support me when miss_sadie was being a jerk to me on the post where she quoted me repeating my self twice. (btw the quotes were not the full message so she just was editing to make me look worse. Anyways izye sort of posted right after when miss_sadie kept deleting my post and well his or her post got deleted too and who knows probably banned too now. I also want to note the topic was locked and I was banned at that point.
No lie guys I have the full list besides I think 2 firecrackers yes 2 firecrackers of all the items in the items Mall on the Russian server.
Let me make this as easy as possible 30 Crystals roughly equal $1 us dollar for converting from 1 Russian ruble.
To give you an idea crystals are sold by each in Russia. For example 1 Crystal = 1 Russian ruble that in USD = 0.033009 U.S. dollars

Well the Ban issue is now dealt with and I guess I was being a tad aggressive and hostel to some people on the forums. I do blame my self for that since I do not have patience for children so I do tend to twerp away at them and act quite immature myself about it. Anyways I apologize and lets hope the future is brighter for me and the forums hehe.
Now its Monday and its a good chance that we may hear something about the Fear of Death effect or even some other info about the upcoming open beta that is not confirmed but predicted to be coming on Wednesday.

There is many other places like Blogs and double to what would a 100th post of the same-thing be called? Anyways its a big deal and it needs to be resolved soon and the sooner the better so many guilds are already looking for new games to play.
Also I want to repeat my self I like and enjoy Allods a lot and I don’t do this FoD Fearing to the public because I want the game to lose players. I do it because I want them to reconsider it and gain players. I find if you market it more of a P2P game but free then add a few cool things ontop of it but you could end up with one the biggest mmorpg’s and make alot of cash with out forcing unbalancing of the game.
I have been Permanently Banned for voicing my concerns a lot about Fear of Death on the forums, My Personal Blog and also MMORPG.COM.
I got no warning I was staying within the rules and bang I was banned for no reason. Heck even after I made a comment how the forum MODS do a good job even though they are just mods they are very no bias. A lot of games have mods that are way way to bias and always stick up for the game no matter what.
I followed the rules and well crazy anyways. So now I wanted to know exactly the reason I was banned so I fired a email to where it told me to contact them and it bounces back… They don’t even have a working email for the contact the administration…
